My cozy vintage home is nestled between Lincoln City and Depot Bay one block from a sunset view. Beautiful knotty pine walls give it a cabin feel. Updated decor and furniture with comfortable beds are just a few of the amenities. This home is set up wonderfully for long-term stays. Nice east facing garden patio and a large back deck for afternoon BBQ's. close to Golf, parks, shopping, 20 minutes to the casino. Beach access is 2 blocks. Please notify when booking if you are bringing one pet. The home has a Comfortable living-room, gated deck and fire pit. The yard is not entirely fenced. The gardens have nice seating areas and plenty of room to play. The spacious master bedroom has a TV, king bed and a very small bathroom with a shower. The second room has a Queen bed and twin bunk beds and the third bedroom has a full size bed. The main bathroom has a bathtub/shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of fluffy white towels. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, refer, coffee maker, slow cooker, blender, seasonings, and refer condiments. All rooms have electric wall heaters. The house has a separate entrance for the attic apartment with a long term tenant. Your access is the entire main floor with an equipped kitchen, dining table, extra fold out table, comfy sectional, 55” TV, a small patio in the front and table with lots of seating on the large back deck, a washer and dryer, BBQ. wood for fire pit, you may park 1 or 2 cars on the north side of the driveway leave the south spot for the upstairs tenant. The house is at a dead end so parking can be limited. Gleneden is a quiet neighborhood next to Salishan and Siletz Bay National Wildlife Refuge, with a nice long beach for walking and Whale watching. A few minutes south is Fogarty Creek State Recreation Area, kids love it. Depoe Bay with year round whale watching is five minutes South. The Sidedoor Café just down the street is a favorite! It is a 5 minute drive south to the grocery and a short walk to get coffee. It’s a 20 minute drive or call for a shuttle or cab to the Casino. Outlet Mall, Depot Bay, Restaurant's, and Downtown Lincoln City are just minutes away. There is a tenant in the Apartment up-stairs with their own entrance and Parks on the south side of the 3 car driveway. The laundry room is shared. The tenant does not have access to the main house from the laundry room.
