Beautiful 1 BR apartment available in scenic St. Phillip's. Relax and enjoy feeling like you are in the country while being minutes away from St John's. Our place is encircled by trees with a lovely brook flowing to the side of the apartment entrance. Very private and surrounded by nature; Bunnies, Blue Jays and Woodpeckers are frequent guests to the yard. Only 13 minute drive from the airport, 14 minutes from the Avalon mall and 5 minutes away from Rotary Sunshine Park. The space Our Air Bnb features a spacious living area when you walk through the front door. To the left is the comfortable TV space with a reclining sofa. The right leads you to our compact kitchen area with dining table. Continuing through the kitchen is the bedroom which boasts a queen bed and spacious closet. We hope our guests will be quite comfortable with our set up! Guest access Guests have access to an area of yard that lies along a beautiful flowing brook. We have a table and patio chairs set up in this area for guests to enjoy as well. Very private and relaxing!
