There is a dairy and stables down below with some beautiful horses cows and a few bulls. You can hear roosters crowing in the morning and at around 8 am you can hear the neighbors donkey start to hee haw because he knows it’s feeding time. The house has been renovated with a modern look to make for a nice cozy stay in the AZ desert. Set up on the hillside you get a nice 5-9 pm breeze making the evening outside very comfortable in the summer. The entire 3 acres is at your disposal with a fire pit and soon to be built gazebo. Sorry I haven’t had the place long enough to get that built yet. When building a fire please use local fire warnings, burn ordinances and common sense when deciding that’s what you want to do. All in all a very quiet peaceful setting with a cozy space. This property is pet friendly unfortunately cats are not allowed. If your looking for a small watering hole with a desert rustic vibe check out G’s Burgers. A fun little place just 20 minutes up Cornville Rd. Instead of turning right on the McGuireville exit turn left and it will be about 5 miles up on your left hand side. Cold beers and Great burgers!!!
