We offer a 2 hr early arrival convenience fee of $35, allowing for check-in at 1:00 PM. Confirmation must be made with the host. Pet friendly ( pets must be crated inside the home when left alone ). $40 pet fee. Please don’t try to sneak a dog in, April the housekeeper will know and a pet fee will be assessed. The space Rock cottage with a modern farm house and mid century decor. Very clean and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen to create stay at home meals. Key to front and back door also unlocks the lower garage where washer and dryer is. This space stays relatively cool and can provide another place to crate your pet. Please do not park in the garage. Please DO NOT lock your pet in the garage or home uncrated. Thank you ! Other things to note Be aware the cars coming over the hilltop . I suggest you park on the Spring St side of the home. When staying with pets, All furniture must be covered with provided dog sheets.
