Visitors can park outside the gate. Other things to note Please keep in mind that you will be seeing critters , bugs. The house is professionally cleaned after each guest, and we try not to kill pests and simply migrate them to outdoors. Pool season: late spring to early fall(generally from June to Late October, exact date depends on the temperature). Hot tub: available when pool is closed. Please notify us before your stay if you intend to use the hot tub as it takes 48 hours to heat up. **VERY IMPORTANT** We are on a septic system, like majority of homes here in the desert. ONLY septic-safe toilet paper may be flushed. Anything else will clog the system and cause major havoc for you and us. Please do not flush feminine products, paper towels, wet wipes, or anything else that isn't the toilet paper we provide. LIABILITY WAIVER - By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using the pool, the fire pit, hiking and climbing anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the pool and hiking and/or climbing.
