Exterior offers wonderful large sunny deck outside with furnishings and propane BBQ to enjoy the outdoors. Enter into a spacious open floor plan that includes kitchen, dining area, and living area with river rock fireplace. Main level also includes a bedroom with Queen bed and full bath across the hall. Laundry room that leads to smaller back deck on this level as well. Upstairs, includes two large bedrooms with A-framed ceiling in both plus 3/4 bath in the hall. First room has a comfortable King bed and a Juliet balcony overlooking the front deck. Second room has 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds. Furnishings and bedding all recently refreshed. Sorry, garage not available. House not available for rentals during winter months (mid-October to mid-May, usually). Parking is limited to 2 spaces. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing. Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time.
