This beautiful cabin now features a new Queen size bed, a double futon in the living room & can accommodate up to 4 people. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and dining area. Smart TV, WIFI. AC & Central heating. It also has a private full bath with tub/shower combo at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the privacy of your own seaside cottage close to the beach! BBQ grills and picnic tables with umbrellas dot the courtyard. The space Upon entering the cottage, the living room offers a pull out futon couch, 32" Fire TV that allows you to connect to your Streaming Networks such as Netflix, HULU, Prime, etc.. Just off the living rooom area is the kitchenette and dining area. We supply guests with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, glasses, mugs, etc. This bedroom has a brand new Queen size bed. The bathroom is a very comfortable size, not cramped at all! The cottage is a very quaint, open courtyard with tables, chairs, umbrellas, and your own barbecue. The beach really is just 50 feet away! Cottage2 features a queen bed in the bedroom, a double futon in the living room, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Not recommendable however for adults to sleep on the pull out futon. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, stovetop, mini fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, & dining area. It also has a private, full bath with tub/shower combo. Free parking. Nestled in a restful pine grove just a 30 second walk from Maine’s finest beach. Enjoy the privacy of your own seaside cottage close to the beach! The location makes it easy to run back and forth from the cottages to the shore – grab a drink, use the bathroom or have lunch in the shade. BBQ grills and picnic tables with umbrellas dot the outdoor area. As of Dec 2024 the property has undergone a recent facelift. Where the cottages were once white with pink trim, they are now white with blue trim. Brand new beds and mattresses, new windows, enforced insulation, inside painting and updating various kitchen appliances & kitchen necessities have been added to all or our cottages. Clear parking signs are now visible for every cottage. Pets are welcome. There is a one-time pet surcharge fee of $50. Events on site: Over the years we have hosted weddings, memorial services, graduations & Big birthday celebrations, reunions, & Work / group retreats. Feel free to liaise with us about your desire to host an event at our property. All events shall be evaluated on a case by case basis.
