Large house in village centre

Our large and comfortable house is within a few minutes walk from the village centre. We love to relax at home and have a piano and a large garden with a goal. We have a female cat and her son- they come and go through the cat flap and will sometimes let you pet them. Ample parking. The station is a 5 minute drive away so it is easy to get the train to London (1hour) or Brighton (10mins). Walking distance to South Downs national park. No extra cleaning charge. The space Large rooms with open plan kitchen and dining room with bifold doors to cosy sitting room. Patio is a perfect space for eating outside. Bedrooms are equipped for children and teenagers and also comfortable for adults. We have a 'ring' doorbell with external cctv for security Guest access Large garden Football goal Tuned Yamaha Piano Table tennis area Lots of games Ample private parking with gates Utility room with 2 washing machines dryer and drinks fridge. Other things to note We are very close to the South Downs national park and Hickstead. We are a 5 minute drive to a fantastic public swimming pool with slides and rapids and a kids climbing wall. We have a smart tv in the sitting room. The beach is a 20 minute drive away- we like to go to Shoreham beach but you can go to Brighton or Hove as well.
