Top Floor Shoreditch Penthouse – Two Balconies

A bright penthouse on the top floor with two balconies, one of them overlooking Shoreditch High Street, opposite the One Hundred Shoreditch hotel. Light comes in all day long, creating a spacious and pleasant space to rest, work or explore London. It's my home, which I rent out when I'm traveling, so it has a personal and welcoming feel, with everything you need for a comfortable stay in one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods. The space A large open plan living area including: - Bedroom / lounge area, with a big double bed on wheels that becomes a daytime sofa. - Kitchen and dining area with big dining table. - Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. - 2 balconies, one of which faces east (morning sun) and has an outdoor table and sitting area. Guest access 3rd floor via stairs only (no elevator) Other things to note The apartment overlooks Shoreditch High St, with lots of bars and restaurants at its doorstep. Therefore, it tends to be noisy on weekends. But with the double-glazed balcony doors closed, noise shouldn’t be a nuisance. 10 min walk to Liverpool St Station 8 min to Old St Station 5 min to Shoreditch High St Station 8 min to Columbia Road Flower Market 10 min to Brick Lane
