The units can be rented individually or together and are composed as follows: "Cuddly rustico" with 2 bedrooms for up to 5 people "Appartamento Grande" with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people (see my other listings) The space Rustico: The cozy Rustico has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower. One double bedroom and 3 mattresses on the floor under the roof. A living room with fireplace and a pergola with granite table in the courtyard. Appartamento Grande: This newly renovated 4.5 room apartment, with its 3 bedrooms and large newly built kitchen, is ideal for families with children as well as for a group of friends. It features a bathroom with shower and a fireplace in the living room. It is located on the raised ground floor of an old, typical Ticino house with an inner courtyard. Guest access The apartments are located around a courtyard, which invites you to relax, linger, barbecue & enjoy warm summer evenings. The courtyard is allowed to be used by all guests. On request, an additional basement room can be used as a lounge dining room with tables and chairs for up to 16 people. Other things to note The residential building consists of a total of 4 apartments. 3 apartments plus the private apartment of the uncomplicated owner. The 3 apartments as well as the Rustico, on the opposite side of the courtyard, can also be booked together for several families or larger groups, max. 15 people in total.
