Quality fittings and fixtures are throughout Backyard -Fully fenced and landscape private rear backyard backing onto bushland, a private gate that backs onto a coastal pathway leading to beaches, shops, playgrounds and cafes. Enjoy our outdoor shower and rinse off the sand before heading inside Parking -Our garage is suitable for one car, and you can park another car on our driveway. Plenty of street parking available. Neighborhood -Very safe and friendly neighborhood (but we ask you still secure our house and lock up when leaving!). Stroll to the beach, local cafes, restaurants, groceries, bars and playgrounds. Easy walking everywhere with all flat paths. Airport -Sunshine Coast Airport is conveniently located a 5 minute drive away. Recent upgrades to the runway, means the North/South runway in proximity to Palm Oasis has been decommissioned. This is great news for us as we are not overly affected by nearby air traffic! Pets -We understand that pets are part of the family too, so Palm Oasis is pet-friendly. Your pooch will have their most fabulous beach holiday ever, they will never want to leave! However, please tell us a little about your furry family member before booking, as we do have strict rules about types and amount of pets accepted. Guest access You will be able to access the entirety of our private home. Other things to note -We are able to accommodate early check in and late check out, depending on if other guests are leaving or arriving. Please contact us for further availability -Infant and children supervision - please ensure that infants and children are supervised on this property. There are internal stairs (we do have a baby gate available for upstairs) and stairs up to our terrace. -We are able to accommodate up to 10 guests! For any extra guests over 9 , there is a $100 per person surcharge to accommodate for extra linens and towels. We do have a sofa bed in our Bedroom 4 that becomes a Queen bed and will fit two people. While our property can accommodate 10 guests, we would suggest the maximum would be 8 adults and 2 children, or 9 adults. -Please refer to our photos, so you can judge for yourself the suitability of the property for your needs. If you intend to have any guests visit, please ensure that you notify them of the need for infants and children to be fully supervised. -Please be aware that the kitchen and laundry cupboards contain cleaning products, such as detergent, antibacterial sprays, washing powder/tablets, insect spray, etc. We do not have child safety locks on these cupboards and so supervision of children is essential. Our Pet policy We love having pets stay on holiday however we do have some strict rules that must be followed in order to keep the home in perfect condition for our non-pet guests. If you have a particularly hairy pet we would appreciate that you sweep up after them or vacuum during your stay. Failure to do so will result in extra cleaning charges to ensure that our cleaning and sanitisation standards meet our 5 star expectations, which is in consideration of future guests who may have pet hair allergies. Please bring your own dog bed and food. We do supply one set of dog bowls. No animals on beds, furniture or in the pool. Keep them off carpeted areas if at all possible. On check out, pick up all droppings. We do supply bags. If there are any accidents please let us know. We are very understanding and it helps us to keep offering a great pet friendly service.
