Our flat is a real Parisian home, hosted by real people sharing their love for Paris. Located in the Ménilmontant district of the 20th arrondissement, you'll be in the heart of Paris's "coolest neighborhoods" (Times Out Magazine) ! You'll enjoy space, light and an incredible view of Paris. With excellent transport links via metro lines 2 and 3, 11, you can reach the Marais, République, or the city center in just 15 minutes. A mobility lease is required for stays longer than one month. The space The apartment is bright and relaxing, ideal for 4 people, with 6 beds and an baby bed if required. In the bedroom, you'll sleep in a queen-size bed. There are roll-down shutters for the night and a large wardrobe for your clothes. A small convertible bed is also available. The living room has a sitting area and a dining area. The large sofa is also a comfortable queen-size convertible bed. For a good night's sleep, you can use the blackout curtains. A second convertible bed is also available in this room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a large shower and separate WC. We have a baby cot and many things for kids and young baby ! Guest access Transport point: The bus line (96) is just 1 minute walk away and goes directly to the center of Paris (St Paul, Marais and many others).
