Nice vacation home in the countryside near Nijmegen!

CASA 150, that's the name of our beautiful place in the middle of the greenery! A place where you can relax and fully enjoy. The house is super clean, recently completely renovated and equipped with every comfort, especially for families with young children (just like us). There is a large garden around the house, a sauna, fine mattresses and a trampoline. Everything is available for happy children. The house has 8 beds for adults and 2 cots, but is most ideal for 4-6 people. Be welcome! The space You enter the hall with the door to the toilet, the bathroom, a laundry room (with dryer, washing machine, ironing board, iron and laundry rack), the bedroom downstairs and the door to the living room. In this bedroom there is a stacked bed (note: no bunk bed!), so that with several guests, 2 people can sleep in this room. There is also a large wardrobe with a lying and hanging area. In the living room there is a spacious sitting area with TV, a large cupboard and a nice dining area with an oval table and 6 chairs (can be expanded with 2 chairs). The kitchen is richly equipped with dishes, cutlery and, among other things, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, hand blender, toaster, Nespresso (capsule) coffee machine and a coffee machine with filter coffee. From the living room, you can reach the door to the stairwell. Here you will find cleaning supplies, two (Ikea) high chairs with a tub and seat reducer and 1 high chair for children from about 3 years. There is a large bin with playmobil and various children's books. For babies, there is also a playpen, a crib, a camping bed with thick mattress, a changing pad, a bath and a bath chair for the shower. When young children come, we always ask about age and gender, so that their beds are covered with nice duvet covers for them! There are French doors to the large garden. The grass was sown in April 2022 and is now a covering green. In the garden there is a large and a small terrace. On the small terrace, we intend to build another canopy. From the hall, you can go up the stairs (secured with stair gates). Here are two bedrooms between which there is a room with an extra sink and mirror. In the small bedroom upstairs, there is a sauna and a double bed. In the master bedroom there are 4 stacked beds of 90 x 200 cm (note: no bunk beds!). There is also a large wardrobe behind which there is a crib. All prices include bedding and (kitchen) towels. Missing something? Just get in touch! Guest access Our guests can access the whole house and garden. The built-in cabinet upstairs is closed for private use. Other things to note CASA 150 has been renovated and delivered with great care and attention. We find it important that our guests leave the house tidy and clean. If anything breaks, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can replace it immediately and settle any costs.
