This spacious and beautiful duplex apartment is in the heart of Brooklyn. Much of the art displayed in the space is featured in the upcoming HBO Documentary "A Revolution on Canvas". The loft-like shared first floor of the duplex has an open concept kitchen and dining room along with a full-size living room. The couch in the living room is also a full-size sleeper (in case you are not a couple and/or do not want to share the bed in the dedicated Master Bedroom). A massive shared backyard offers lots of lounging space, along with a picnic table for your morning coffee or your evening gatherings. Upstairs you'll find your master bedroom with a queen size bed overlooking the garden, and a full en-suite bathroom. The room includes a monitor with AppleTV and a private desk to work on. The other bedroom is across a long hallway, so there's plenty of privacy for both sides and nobody has to share a bathroom. The unit includes large closets with lots of hangers. There are also two twin fold-out mattresses stored in the closets for use as well. The picnic table in the backyard is available for everyone's use. This is an owner-occupied building (as per NYC licensing requirements). Guests have the entire suite, and we stay in a different suite. Owners can enter access to laundry, backyard and in case of any needed maintenance. Please reach out for cozy winter discounts during the months of January and February.
