Spacious, light and unique 110m2 family friendly apartment centrally located in Copenhagen on Islandsbrygge. With 2 balconies, an elevator, free parking, a well equipped kitchen, an indoor swing and a rockclimbing wall leading up to the children's bunkbed this place will be the perfect base for families. Just outside in the yard you will find not 1, but 3 playgrounds and only a short walk down to the open air harbor bath, cafés, supermarket, and all of central Copenhagen just across the water. The space Kitchen: The kitchen, also containg a round day-to-day dining table, is open, spacious and very well equipped. You will have access to microwave, coffee grinder, kitchen machine, sous vide, blender, pasta machine, smoothie machine, juicer and meatgrinder. For coffee, a french press as well as an Aeropress is available. Living room/common area: Extended from the open kitchen, a large living room common area makes up the main part of the 2 bedroom apartment. Light streams through the living area from two balconies and the large windows facing out to the yard. In the sofa-lounge you will find a 3 pers and a 2 pers stylish Scandinavian couch around an oak table. A flat screen LCD TV can swing out from the wall. Also, this area holds plenty of Boobles (tumbling furniture) for children to build play courses across the living room (climbing furniture, sofas and tables are encouraged). Apart from the large table suitable for gaming nights and alternating as a dinning table, the living room also boasts a children's swing suspended for inside play. A stereo with appleplay connection and a vinyl player is available. Bedroom: The bedroom contains a large king size bed, a desk with a monitor (HDMI connection) and a walk-in closet. Children's room: The children's room offers both sleeping facilities and plenty of play opportunities for the children, both physically and creatively. A rock climbing wall represents the only access to the custom made bunk bed suspended above the crib where our 2 year old toddler sleeps. Our 4 year old daughter have been climbing up and down by herself since age 3.5 but please note that most children this young take a few days of practice before mastering the wall themselves :) The bunk bed (90cm x 180cm) can fit two children aged 3-6 if necessary depending on how private the chidren needs their sleeping area. Also in the chioldren's room you will find a creative corner with a small table and 2 chairs. Here you will find, pencils, paper, beads, paints and other creative stuff for entertaining the children. Toilet/Bathroom: Here you will find a new and well kept shower along with a babyseat for the toilet. Also you will find a dryer and a washing machine. Balconies: The apartment has two balconies, one extending from the kitchen area, and one from the living room. The balcony at the kitchen area has a small table for morning coffee but is mainly used for storage and a large gas BBQ. It gets morning sun from about 6am-10am. this balcony faces the street and gets a bit of noise from the traffic of nearby roads. The other balcony extending from the living room has an extendable table for dinning up to 5 people, two foldable chairs and a small balcony bench for lounging in the sun. This balcony receives plenty of sun from around 12am-8 pm in the summer time. This balcony faces the yard and is calm, quite and overlooks the playgrounds beneath. Entry Hall: An entry hall with a large closet, hangers for children's clothes as well as adults leads to the bathroom and the common living room. Guest access The entire condo will be available Other things to note Free parking space in the basement is available. The car parking is protected by camera and gates requiring key access.
