Independent studio sleeps up to 1-4

A large quiet studio room in our garden with independent entrance. Ideal for couple but actually sleeps 4 people in two double beds. The space This is a modern studio room at the bottom of the garden of a London town house. It has its own private entrance and sleeps 1-4 in one open plan room with kitchen area, and has a separate shower room and toilet. It's unusual and people seem to love it - it is extremely quiet for London as the studio is surrounded by trees and everyone reports that they have the best nights sleep. It has triple folding glass doors and a small patio and as we usually use it as an office - it’s like a modern workspace you can live/sleep in. The beds are two modern pull-down double murphy beds (which are side by side so can be a bit like camping with up to 4 people sleeping in a line!) There is aTV, wifi, some but not a lot of cupboard space (and a voice booth in the corner which is obviously not for use!) There is a modern shower room / toilet, open plan basic kitchen (fridge, washing machine, nespresso, toaster, hob, microwave, but no oven.) The street is residential near transport, shops, endless restaurants, etc. It is little enclave of quiet independence that is most unusual in London. Independent entrance. Very near bus stop and 10 minutes walk to Shepherds Bush tube and the huge Westfield shopping centre, cinemas, etc. 15 minutes on tube to get to central London. Guest access Studio is located at the bottom of our garden and to get to it you go down an alleyway at the side of our house. It is fairly narrow and full of garden tools etc on one side - so perhaps not so good for people with complex luggage - but it has sensor lights that come on at night, which helps!Studio has TV, dvd (can borrow dvds from our extensive library), nespresso machine, toaster, hob, microwave (NB/ no oven!) kettle, hairdryer, good shower, internet. When we are not in you can use our small heated above ground swimming pool (up during summer only but we only heat it when we are here, not when we are away as electricity bills skyrocket if it’s left on!) We want you to enjoy the independence of the studio, but as studio is in our garden and we live in the house, our place will definitely not work for guests who want to party. If sitting in outside in the evening guests must be quiet and we can have no outdoor music as it is a residential area. We can have no smoking inside the studio and sorry but no pets. We are busy people so will stay out of your way, but if you need us we are here to help. Other things to note Parks nearby, some good cafes and specialist shops.
