This one bedroom villa requires a 7 day stay minimum. It’s located in the Mesquite Country Club. There are 2 private patios - 1 facing the pool and the other looks out to the San Jacinto mountains. Your patio has a BBQ and patio set for those fabulous Palm Springs nights. The unit comes with a washer & dryer and everything you need for a fantastic vacation. Beautiful walking trails & across from golf course clubhouse. Please note there is only 1 parking pass for one vehicle. The space Please note this is NOT a pet friendly property. If you need to bring a pet there are other properties that can better accommodate you. Gated Community Access — Important to Know Our property is located inside a secure gated community. As registered guests, you will receive an access card that allows you to enter and exit the gates freely throughout your stay. Please note: • Visitors, Ubers/Lyfts, and food delivery drivers are not granted direct gate access. • If you are expecting a visitor, ride-share, or delivery (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.), you will need to meet them at the front gate to let them in. • The community does not offer remote “buzz-in” access for non-registered guests. This setup is part of the community’s security policy and applies to all residents and hosted guests. Lastly we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Please note that our cancellation policy is firm, and we’re unable to offer refunds for travel disruptions (such as flight cancellations or delays) that are outside of our control. We recommend considering travel insurance for added peace of mind. Thank you for understanding! Other things to note There is a 12.5% transient occupancy tax that has been included in the nightly price that the city of Palm Sorings requires us to collect with every booking. If you are a traveling professional looking for a longer stay, please message us. Please do not mail items to the condo.
