Villa with pool, small gym, Wi-Fi

This cottage is composed of a large living room, a fitted kitchen and 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 adults. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (including one in a master bedroom). Bed sheets are provided to facilitate the traveler's settling in. Outside there is a large terrace with pool and a large plot. This is a non-smoking accommodation and no pets are allowed. The accommodation does not have air conditioning. Swimming pool active from May 1st, feel free to come😁 The space Very spacious accommodation with 3 large bedrooms including a master suite with toilet and private bathroom. Clean accommodation that must be respected and left clean by tenants. No cleaning fee, that's why we ask that the accommodation be cleaned and made clean at each departure because on your arrival it will be clean and tidy. Check-in at the accommodation can only be done from 6 p.m. onwards, not before, for organizational and logistical reasons. Guest access The garage is not accessible, the owner reserves the exclusivity. The pool is an asset for intense heat😁 Small weight room consisting of a stationary bike, a pull-up machine, and free weights. Cleaning to be done properly when leaving (including the toilets); an inventory will be carried out before your departure Electric car charging is prohibited...if peak consumption it will be charged We ask for total respect for our cottage.
