Other Information- 100m to the beach Near by cafes and restaurants Attractions- Jetboat, Wax Museum, Sling Shot, Massage across the road Cavill Ave. Shops and Surfers Paradise Public transport- Bus and Light Rail 7/11 and convenient Store across the road Paid Parking across the road 5km Seaworld Theme Park Broadbeach Pacific Fair a few stops away Theme Parks from 18km 25km Airport Other things to note Our apartment only comes with 1 free car spot for additional car parking- You can try street parking across the road, visitor car spots available as you enter B1 car park (they do however fill up very quickly) Walking distance across the road- Meriton parking space on the corner of Surfers bvd/view Ave and a paid multi car park “care park”) on the corner of Surfers bvd/view Avenue, I believe it is $6-$10 for 24 hours. *Construction works are happening across the road, unfortunately sometimes they are permitted to work during odd hours and unfortunately it is out of my hands, as the council have permitted this. Please contact me if the noise is excessive and if it is after hours. (6am-6pm Mon-Saturday) I will contact the council asap and put in a complaint. Their line is open 24/7 and the officer comes out as soon a call is put through. We have reduced our prices due to these interferences as a compensation to our guests, we try and do our best to make sure that our guests have a lovely time in our apartment. They have however been under control recently and have not interfered with our guests having a lovely time. *There is sometimes more than usual dust and dirt on the windows and in the apartment, my cleaners do try to be on top of this after every check in and check out, sometimes places can be missed, If any of the above occurs please be in touch with me, so that I can raise this concern with my cleaning team and head management of the construction site. We are unable to provide refunds for Covid-19, weather, or any other extenuating circumstances. Therefore, we highly recommend purchasing travellers insurance. No parties. No excessive noise. No smoking/drugs. No pets No Schoolies
