Guest access The entire main house is available to you, along with the front yard and the back decks, which consist of a lower deck and an upper deck. The lower deck has a BBQ and a fire pit. The upper deck features bar seating that overlooks the beach and lagoon, along with a dining table accommodating six people. There is a long driveway with free parking for three cars for this unit (main house). The driveway is shared with the guesthouse, a 30-day rental unit located above the garage with its parking. This unit is separate from the main house and shares no common walls or hot water. Please let us know if you want more information about the guest house. The best part about this house is that you are one block from one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz. Other things to note During the summer months and holidays, we require a 5-night minimum stay.
