The kitchen is large with all necessary cooking utensils, spices and pantry basics. Living room connects to kitchen and dining area (perfect for a family gathering) and features a flat screen TV with basic cable and access to streaming apps as well as comfortable couches. Queen size beds with quality linens. Newly remodeled bathroom has shower and large tub. Don’t forget to relax in the outdoor hot tub! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet walking distance to neighborhood restaurants and shopping. Eugene's Ribbon Trail is steps from the property and connects us to extensive running and hiking trails. Guest access Guests will have the main house, complete with full kitchen, large dining room table, spacious great room, two comfortable bedrooms with Queen size beds, and utility room. Other things to note We have two other units on the property, the master suite and the cottage, all with completely private entrances and outdoor spaces.
