Our charming and stylish farm is located on the former estate Ruurlo (now owned by Staatsbosbeheer) in the beautiful Achterhoek region. The forests of this former estate start in the backyard - here you can wander for miles, cycling and mountain biking. The space The farmhouse is split into two complete houses that both are rented out at times, each of them with their own garden. The house of this listing has the large garden and hottub (with firewood). The living room is in the former stables section. Here it is spacious and cosy with a sturdy wood-burner (firewood is provided). The large kitchen is the lively center of the farm with the original old fireplace with 6-burner gas stove. The bathroom with shower is connected to the master bedroom (ensuite - you can enter the bathroom via the master bedroom). In the bathroom are also the washing machine and dryer situated. The second large bedroom is on the first floor.
