Welcome to Het Oude Stadhuis! Former town hall built in 1817. The rented part offers a bright and comfortable living space of over 100m2. This private dwelling has a separate entrance, a large living room with open-plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a garden with terrace and a bicycle room. Situated in the middle of the Monts des Flandres, 30 minutes from Lille, the sea and Ypres. The space The part of the house that we are making available comprises a large air-conditioned living room of over 60m2 and a recent, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. There is also a large bathroom with shower and corner bath on the ground floor. Bathroom linen included. From the living room, you have a view of the garden, which is currently being landscaped but is already usable. The shrubs just need to grow so that it can be seen less from the road. A wooden fence with a gate has been installed for greater privacy and safety for children. A large 20m2 wooden terrace and outdoor seating area are also available. The house is set back from the road and the garden faces south. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning (hot and cold) and bed linen provided: > 160 cm wide double bed > Double bed 140 cm wide > Electric shed for one room, curtains for the other > Umbrella bed for baby on request + high chair The staircase is a little steep and the steps are quite high, which can be a little complicated for people with reduced mobility. The steps are wide, but please be vigilant for your own safety and that of your children. There have been no problems. For parking. Do not take the path where there is the black and red gate, but the car park just after it is paved. You will find a tarmac car park with a small wooden fence in front of the garden and a small yellow sign reading: "Het Oude Stadhuis - AIRBNB". This part of the house that we rent is a private accommodation, you will find objects and family furniture that we love, thank you to take care of it and follow the house rules. Your garden area is opposite the rented house (approx 250m2), it is separated by the gravel driveway. The other part is private. Guest access 2 private parking spaces On request, possibility of putting 2 motorcycles or 4 bicycles in a room adjoining the house. Autonomous access, independent entrance with key box so as not to have any constraint of arrival or departure time. Other things to note Eecke is located in the heart of Flanders, between Bailleul and Cassel, 30 minutes from Lille, the sea and Ypres.
