The Bourbon trail is waiting for you! The space 🏡Arriving at the home you will be welcomed by the front porch that's perfect for morning coffee and gatherings around the table! Once inside, the front living room provides super comfortable, stylish furnishings along with a 50" TV. Everyone is sure to love the spacious and fully stocked kitchen to cook and enjoy each others company! Goody tray will be waiting for guests upon arrival. How nice right?! 🥃Have a bourbon on the rocks in a specialty glass from the cabinet and sit in the sitting room just off the kitchen. This room is perfect! ⭐️ Coffee, k-cups, and coffee creamer are a welcoming treat to guests! Laundry room is off of the kitchen. 🛁As you find your way either going outside to the fenced backyard or upstairs, you'll find a beautiful full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a "mud room" leading to the backyard oasis. 🔥The back deck; guests can enjoy the patio furniture, while others will enjoy the hot tub, fire pit area with string lights, catch a game of corn hole or just the fresh Ky air. ⭐️Going upstairs, guests will fall in love with each bedroom and certain to sleep like a baby. This bathroom also has a built-in make-up area, perfect for the ladies getting ready for events. ⭐️🛁~ toiletries ARE provided in each bathroom. Hot tub vacuum is in the shed if needed;please do not alter minerals in the hot tub. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs; 2 full bathrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs on main level. Starter toiletries provided, as well as starter paper towels, and soaps. IF the hot tub needs water added during your stay during winter months please DO NOT add water yourselves or use the hose. It can lead to burst pipes. Please let host know and we will get that taken care of.
