Guest access This unit is on the second floor of a duplex in the heart of Fairbanks. You will have access to the entire top floor as well as a large open deck to enjoy the views. Please note the deck is set up as shown in pictures for summer only with winter comes snow and that changes the option for outdoor use. Thank you for understanding. Other things to note This upstairs unit includes one parking space and a large deck outside to enjoy the scenery and share some time on your trip. If you have more than one vehicle, please let us know ahead of time to make sure we can accommodate a second vehicle. There are two bedrooms and one queen size air mattress for extra sleeping space as well as a fully stocked kitchen with all the tools needed to dine in or a short walk from many restaurants here in town. Please note the balcony patio is open during the summer months. Please be mindful in the winter months to keep windows closed and only plug in your vehicle for 3 hours at a time prior to departure.
