The space With 100ft of private beachfront and about 2,000 sqft of indoor space, everyone in your group will have their own space to relax and have fun. Guest access Guests have an acre of trees and beachfront, the 2,000 sqft main house, and a large, finished boathouse outfitted with a large sectional and a litany of candles. Other things to note Wifi will service your connectivity to the rest of the world; cell service is generally unavailable. The wifi is plenty fast for streaming video, making phone calls, or a single video call. I would recommend against trying to run multiple video calls at once.
