Ariete Apartment

Strategically located apartment, on the central Via San Gallo on the fourth floor of a typical Florentine building.  The apartment develops over two levels and can accommodate up to 4 guests. On the first floor is the bright living area with dining table, equipped kitchenette and the first single bedroom. On the second floor you will find the second (single) and third (double) bedroom, shared bathroom with shower and bathtub, the laundry area. The space Located on the top floor, therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons. For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged. As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address .     . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights .  - Check-in time: 2 pm - 8pm . 
Late arrivals (8 pm -00:00am) are subject to an additional charge of € 50,00. For a check-in after midnight you will be asked to pay an extra fee of € 80,00.

 - Upon request and availability, a baby cot is available for € 20,00 per stay to be paid at your arrival.
