Small house set on the outer west side of Carbondale. Wonderful yard in town, great for backyard camping or grilling with an easy walk/bikeway 1 block away that leads to SIUC campus or multiple locations arou d town. Easy access to wineries and breweries. The space Small but spacious two bedroom, one bathroom home with great kitchen and separate dining room sitting on almost an acre of lush nature surrounded, semi-private land. Two driveways with several places for tent/hammock laying, grilling/smoker(s). Guest access Private sleeping room. All other rooms shared. Living room has space for a small group or to just relax. Kitchen use with dining room to easliy seat 4. Other things to note I have a garden, a few chickens in coops and a cat that roams the neighborhood.
