The Beach Boys Suite is a two story loft in our converted barn and boasts a king bed on the loft level and a living area with a full sized pull out sleeper sofa on the ground level. Our converted barn features six separate two-story lofts suites each blending modern luxuries in the unique setting of a former, working farm. Each barn suite has its own separate entrance from outside. Barn suites are pet friendly (cats & dogs) with a two pet maximum. Pet fee is $50 per pet per stay and will be charged separately through AirBnB. Steps from the barn suites is the Farm House where guests can enjoy our daily complimentary breakfast service from our cozy dining room or our covered porch with pond and farm views. All guests have access to the entire property grounds to explore. Relax around our outdoor fire pit and toast some s'mores! From May 15 through September 15: - Enjoy a complimentary first round of drinks on the Farm House porch during seasonal happy hour! - A free shuttle service is provided to our guests to and from Callicoon NY in the evenings. Other things to note - Check in time is after 3pm with our Inn Keeper. - Breakfast can be prepared to-go or made to accommodate dietary restrictions, just let us know the day before. - Room capacity should not exceed that listed for each room and will incur a $100 fee a night ( plus applicable taxes) if maximums are exceeded. - Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Inn. Smoking in room will result in a 250.00 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted on the porches of the Inn and on the grounds. Please make sure to clean up after yourself and be courteous around guests. - All Barn Suites are Pet-Friendly (cats & dogs). Please advise us if you will be bringing a pet so we may prepare for arrival accordingly. A $50 + tax pet fee will be added per pet per stay. 2 Pets maximum. - You will be in the countryside, animals, and other critters share this land with us, this is a part of nature and why you are here :-) Guests must keep doors closed while going in and out.
