The apartment is located in a house built in the 19th century, which is recognized as a historical monument. The space This is a studio flat with a living room + big kitchen ( in one space),The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils or appliances. There are two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a dresser, a hanger.T he second bedroom has two single beds. , a dresser, a hanger and an additional work desk. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet ( with a hygiene faucet) and a washing machine. The rooms will be cleaned and prepared in accordance with all the rules. Guest access It is just 12 minute walk to David Aghmashenebeli Avenue, where there are lots of cafes, restaurants, various interesting souvenir shops selling accessories created by Georgian designers. If you are interested in Tbilisi urban style and life you should visit "Factory". It takes about 7 minutes to get there on foot. In case you are curious about antiques and also an open-air fair of works by Georgian artists - you can visit so called "Dry Bridge"-which is 20 minute walk from our apartment. It will take you approximately 12 minutes to walk to the Sulfur Bath on Kiev Street. Marjanishvili Metro station is 9 minute walk from here. You might need the same time to arrive at Tbilisi Central Station. In addition to the railway, there is a shopping centre there, one of the busiest Tbilisi market, as well as a central agrarian market-where you can purchase ecologically clean-delicious products brought from different Georgian regions. Lots of supermarkets and bakeries are available nearby. Other things to note All our guests will have a unique opportunity to taste our home-made Georgian wine and the traditional Georgian Chacha prepared by our family.
