The charming and bright kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, ice maker and all necessary cooking and entertaining essentials. There is an open living room area with a television on the main level and 2 reclining chairs. The dining room seats at least 8, with a kitchen pass through right off of it with barstools. On the main level there are 3 bedrooms (King, King, and Twins) and 1 bath, upstairs you'll find 2 more bedrooms (King & Queen) and an additional full bath. On the ground level you'll find the 6th bedroom with a queen bed, another living/game area with a pull out sofa. There’s a full size ping pong table, pac-man game table and tv. Outside on the main level is a large covered & gated porch the wraps around the side of the house with adirondack chairs, a hammock, and a daybed perfect for napping! Lumina Cottage is equipped for traveling families! We provide a high chair, booster seat, crib, and umbrella stroller. You can find sippy cups and kids utensils in the kitchen! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the owners closet on the third floor as well as the garage which are both locked. Other things to note 1. No events without prior approval 2. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC 3. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period. 4. Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. 5. Dogs are NOT permitted on the beach from April 1st-September 30th (Wrightsville Beach rule- not ours!) **All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking.**
