We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please note: The fenced yard is for the downstairs condo. The upper unit has the wonderful view, beach supplies and outdoor shower just at the base of the stairs. The space A perfect relaxing beach retreat with an AMAZING Ocean View. The oceanfront town home has 2 very large bedrooms, 2 baths and is just across Neptune from the Bluff and stairs to Beacon's beach. The upstairs town home is perfect for families or a group of friends. The oceanfront home, has just been completely remodeled inside and out and has an updated look along with the character for which Encinitas is famous. Note: The Beach access trail is open. Guest access Included are 2 private parking spots, 2 soft surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys. Just arrive and you are ready for a wonderful day at the Beacon's beach. The bedrooms are well acquainted with king beds and matching bedroom sets. For larger groups, we have a convertible futon and a full sized sleeper mattress, each with sheet and comforter set. The entire home is very nicely furnished and well outfitted. Other things to note This property is amazing. The 180 Degree view of the Ocean as well as the wonderful sunsets make this property very special. The spectacular views from this unit require walking up a double flight of stairs up to the second floor. We are just across the street from Beacon's Beach Access. As such we are within ear shot of the Amtrak train. It doesn't bother most guests but we have triple pane windows for our very light sleepers. Most of our guests say that a fan is enough not to hear the train.
