'Beech House' with Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub & Sauna

Beech House, named after the magnificent Copper Beech Tree to the front, is an Architect designed, DOG FRIENDLY, four bedroom detached house situated in Pulborough. Beech House also includes a custom-made Shepherds hut for 2 people, with HOT TUB situated on the edge of the South Downs Located on the edge of the South Downs, You will be spoilt for choice with some lovely nearby walks, stunning views, rolling hills and woodland. It is the perfect getaway for 10 guests to stay comfortably. The space Guests have the whole use of the place, including front, rear gardens and a large driveway for numerous cars and has an electric gate making this private and safe for dogs to roam around. With a gas BBQ, Fire Pit and stunning outdoor lights it is perfect for night time entertaining This detached residence is equipped for all your self-catering needs and comprises of a large kitchen/diner with built in double oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, 4.2 Litre Air fryer, Nespresso Coffee Machine Magimax and large kitchen table that seats 10 people comfortably. Just off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The doorway off the kitchen leads through to a large bright lounge with French doors leading to the front garden, doorway to the rear, to the rear garden. The lounge has a good size sofa and a lovely sense of space with its vaulted ceilings and staircase leading to the first floor. Off the lounge is the master bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom. Up onto the first floor is this lovely galleried lounge area that has French doors that open up to the Juliet balcony with views of the garden. On the first floor you have one double bedroom, the other good size bedroom has a Small Double Bed (4ft x 6ft) and another smaller bedroom has a small double (4ft x 6 ft) which is next door to the family bathroom with shower cubicle. There is also a downstairs WC just off the entrance hallway. Separate to this lovely house is the cleverly designed custom-made Shepherds Hut which is for two people. This has been hand crafted with a double electric bed which when its raised up provides seating and a table below and goes back up when you are ready for bed. This hut is also fully equipped with small induction hob, fridge, microwave and there is a shower room with good size shower, small sink and WC. The hut has its own decking area which is linked to the HOT TUB, Chiminea and BBQ. You will be fully entertained in the house and hut as there are LG smart TVs in the kitchen, lounge, master bedroom and hut, with Netflix and Prime channels. There are three Apple homepods, one in the master bedroom, lounge and kitchen. Also a mini home pod in the shepherds hut. Another lovely feature is that you can Bluetooth your own music through the hot tub which lights up too. For guests bringing any babies we can provide a travel cot and highchair please request this if needed on booking. Guest access guests have full use of all areas Other things to note Please note we are on a main road A29 and you will hear traffic. We have the electric gate to the driveway which makes this very secure. Places to visit nearby - RSPB Pulborough Brooks which is within the South Downs and open all year. Here you will see a range of wildlife, woodlands, heathland and is good for all age groups. - Nutbourne Vineyards which is open from May to October and produces 7 different types of grapes. - Parham House & Gardens which is beautiful house set in an ancient deer park. The four-acre walled gardens are stunning. - There are some beautiful villages in surrounding area such as Coldwaltham, Petworth, Storrington, Fittleworth and Amberly is worth a visit. - Brighton is approximately 40 minutes away by car. - Chichester City – is approximately 30 minutes by car. - Pretty Arundel with a very impressive castle - Amberley village Places to eat :- Amberley Black Horse - High Street, Amberley, Arundel, BN18 9NL - - The food is lovely and a good atmosphere and a pretty pub with open fires. The White Horse Pub, Mare Hill Road, Pulborough, RH20 2DY - Very popular and nice beer garden. They do great Sunday roasts. The White Hart pub - Stopham Road, Pulborough, RH20 1DS - Very picturesque and has a lovely old bridge and big beer garden overlooking the river. Amberley Village Tearoom - The Square, Amberely, Arundel, BN18 9SR - Definitely worth a visit. Billy’s on the road - Stane Street, Billingshurst, RH14 9AE - Dine in or takeaway - They do a great breakfast The Rising Sun pub - The street, Nutborne, Pulborough, RH20 2HE - Nice pub and good food
