¡Bienvenido! Welcome to your next home! My name is Alvaro, I'm gonna be your host in this iconic building in Palermo!. It's a private one guest room in a shared apartment(w/+1guest & me). I'm close to...well, I'm close to everything!: Wanna listen some music? 5 minutes away from the Polo Fields Arena!. Do you want to jogg? Okay!, 15 m away from the historic "3 de Febrero Park"; Palermo Soho! And, lucky for us, so close to the Train and Metro M. Carranza, and bus stops:15,55,118,60,59,64,29. The space ¡Bienvenidos! Welcome! Benvidos! Willkommen! Bonsua! I'm Alvaro, a veterinarian but sometimes, a Turist guide for my guests. Welcome to my apartment in Palermo, where you will find an amazing view! We are going to be at a 17th floor. This is a three individual and private one guest bedroom (+1guest & me), w/two bathrooms, shared kitchen, living room and balcony. I will like to show you my country and it's History: 20 m away from Recoleta cemetery! (I can tell you about Argentinian Hisotry). Or maybe, you will like to spend a relaxing day in a Small Farm in las Pampas Argentinas and eat some Asado w/some organic Veggies, we can do that too!, or maybe some Tango! Mystical Buenos Aires is waiting for you! What are you waiting for? Guest access Kitchen ready to be used, feel at home and open the drawers to find the kitchen utensils. In the refrigerator and behind the front door, you will find a free shelf for your groceries. There is an organic and recyclable waste bin. From there you will be able to see the service exit with the emergency stairs. The main bathroom is intended for guests. You have space in the cabinet to store your toiletries, and that's where you'll find the hairdryer. Please know that order starts with you. I ask you to put ALL kinds of garbage in the trash can (at night I take care of discarding it). Large living/dining room, with a table, ideal for breakfast while looking at the view. It has a TV and HDMI cable so you can connect your devices and enjoy a good movie. Next to this space is the balcony, with our selection of bananas (do not hesitate to have some mates in the afternoon there). The building has a garden, where many neighbors usually enjoy the sun in this space. Please, let's live together and respect the rules so that we can all continue to enjoy the common space. There is also a gym, but I only recommend it if you have the creativity to train, since it is quite old. ANY person not on the reservation is PROHIBITED from entering the establishment without prior consultation with the owner (that is, me). During your stay A few days before check-in, I contact the guest to coordinate check-in and exchange more information about the place. For this more personalized experience, I will momentarily add you to a WhatsApp group, where I share information about what to do in Buenos Aires during your stay. Other things to note There is 24-hour reception and surveillance to coordinate check-in.
