The apartment is located in the historic building of Antichi Casali di Charme, offering 2 large and bright double rooms with panoramic views of the Orvietan hills. It is an independent apartment with a living room and private fireplace that gives access to the beautiful terrace. The house has WiFi, a/c, heating, mosquito nets, electric bikes, smart TV, safe, pool linen, organic olive oil soaps, saltwater and heated pool (depending on the season) Other things to note The price includes breakfast, made with all artisanal products from our kitchen and served at the table. The apartment is located in an intimate structure surrounded by greenery. The reception will be available from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, after the indicated time there will be no staff or service available for guests. If it is necessary to check in after 7:30 p.m., it is absolutely necessary to inform the property in advance. For check-in after 7:30 p.m. and before 10:00 p.m., there is a surcharge of €50.00 For check-in after 10:00 p.m. and no later than midnight, there is a surcharge of €80.00. Inside the property you can have lunch with a selection of cold paper dishes served in the basket, which can be consumed in the pool or in the outdoor areas of the property. From 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm you can order an aperitif with charcuterie and cheeses from the area combined with a bottle of wine from our production. At the time of your arrival, you will be provided with all the necessary information about the property and your accommodation. The pool is available to all guests and is open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, it is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. A selection of a la carte cold dishes served in a basket can be enjoyed by the pool or in the outdoor areas of the facility. From 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., it will be possible to order an aperitif with a platter of cured meats and cheeses from the area accompanied by a bottle of our own wine.
