The house is just 2 blocks from the water and close to several parks including Kennedy, Regatta, and Peacock Park. Vizcaya Museum & Gardens and Mercy Hospital are also nearby. The space This room is ideal for a single traveler or a couple for a short stay. I will try and be there to welcome you upon your arrival and show you around whenever possible. In the event I cannot, you will definitely have instructions and keys to enter the property. Your accommodations include free high speed internet access, HD Smart TV, mini-fridge, electric kettle, beach gear, and the best part - private bathroom and shower. You may access common areas including living area, kitchen, and patio. Also, please inquire about bringing your pet for an additional fee. Guest access Let me know if you will need parking and I will try and accommodate in the driveway, but there is also plenty of street parking around the corner. I also have a large and relaxing tropical patio for sunbathing, reading, meditation - even working from your laptop (if you must)! During your stay I try to make myself available whenever possible, but at the same time I don't mind leaving you alone to enjoy your privacy.
