Oak Spring Retreat! Rest, Hike, Fish and Explore!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful getaway . This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home sleeps 6 and is located on 20 secluded acres with private wooded hiking trails and a 3 acre spring fed stocked pond! Enjoy exploring our one of a kind property and seeing all the wildlife! We have a row boat available so bring your poles! Our game shop has ping pong, basketball and other games. Located 45 minutes from OKC and 10 minutes from OKlahoma Baptist University! REST ADVENTURE PLAY EXPLORE UNPLUG The space When you arrive the entire property is all yours! The master bedroom has one queen bed with a private bathroom and a shared closet with a bedroom that has two single beds. The third room has a queen bed and a private closet. The shared closet is large enough for a pack and play to make a nursery room! We also will have an inflatable mattress for extra guest. For cold evenings the house has a wood burning stove and plenty of fire wood for you to use. You will have access to the private spring fed pond, row boat, kids kayak and life jackets. The shop will also be available during your stay to play ping pong and basketball. The house has large windows overlooking the pond and is a great space for people that want to play. A grass fishing pier extends into the pond with plenty of outdoor chairs for everyone and the fishing pier has a fire pit. We have over a mile of hiking trails to explore through the woods or ride bikes! Guest access You will have access to the entire house and property. One closet that remains locked in the house is our cleaning closet that we keep for the cleaning crew. The back half of the shop is also locked. Other things to note The Pond is Catch and Release only. In order for us to manage the pond and fish population we ask that all fish are released unless they are injured. This will help us manage the ponds fish population to help all of our guests have a very fun time catching a lot of fish. There is also no discharging of firearms or any other forms of hunting allowed on the property. Also no ATV’s allowed.
