Plan your golf, hiking, biking, or ski trip today! The space This tastefully decorated condo features a full kitchenette, bathroom and open living room on the main floor. Step outside onto your balcony to enjoy the view of sugarloaf and soak up some sun or get cozy by the gas fireplace with a book in the living room. The loft upstairs features another full bathroom and two bedrooms, which are separated by a sliding barn door to provide you privacy. There is a set of bunks and a queen size bed upstairs. There are two couches in the living room, and plenty of seating for your family to lounge, eat meals together and enjoy one another's company. There is plenty of storage space for clothing or toiletries you bring along. Guest access There are only a few cabinets that are locked in the condo for owners use. You will have access to everything else in the condo. There is plenty of bureau and cabinet space for your belongings. The Sugarloaf Health & Fitness Center is attached to your condo complex and has a ton to offer! Please check their website or reach out to your hosts for more information on their daily rates and schedules- this is a separate fee not included in your stay. They have a café, sauna, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, weight room and racquetball! Take a walk to Shipyard Brewhaus for a nice meal Summertime visitors can enjoy boating or swimming on nearby Flagstaff Lake, golf the famous Sugarloaf Golf Course (which is just minutes away), and zoom down the newly installed zip-line. The Narrow Gauge Pathway is just minutes away, which is great for walking, hiking, swimming, and biking along the Carrabassett River. Whether you like to sled, ski, snowmobile, x-country ski , snowshoe, hike, bike, relax, swim, read…. this condo is a good focal point to many activities in the area. Looking for other activities to do during your stay? The Sugarloaf Outdoor Center has many spectacular x-country/nordic/snowshoeing trails and they offer skating and ice hockey events as well. Kids will love the Anti-Gravity Center where they have climbing walls, trampolines, a weight room, basketball court, etc. Check out the CVOA Archery and shooting range, fish in the great Carrabassett River or swim in the many swimming holes along the way. You will never be bored spending your vacation at Sugarloaf! Head to Stratton for more things to do such as; moose watching on Rt. 16, swimming and boating on Flagstaff Lake. Rent a snowmobile for the day and head out on the miles of groomed ITS trails. Visit Rangeley Lakes, a 30 minute scenic drive. 30 miles from Canada! The Appalachian Trail for hiking is just 1.7 miles.
