"The Roost" Cottage

"The Roost" is a bright 1400 sqft. 2 bedroom c.1890 cottage that has been recently renovated and painted located on a two acre property with a coffee roaster Green Tree Coffee and Tea as well as another very small cabin called "The Lair". We are located 400 yards from Lincolnville Beach, 2 miles from Mt. Battie State park, 4 miles from downtown Camden, and 12 miles from Belfast. We are a very dog friendly property, plenty of room for your dog to roam out back in small pasture. Sorry no cats The space The coffee shop is open from 7am to 5pm daily and you are welcome to come over at anytime and have an espresso, latte, cappuccino, whatever you like-on the house! Other things to note We are located on Route 1, so there will be road noise primarily during the day and Summer months. Route 1 is very convenient for getting to places quickly, but it can have drawbacks. This is also a typical New England style cottage built in late 1800s, so stairwell is relatively steep and may not be suitable for small children or elderly.
