Mins from UNO, Creighton, UNMC, Wright Stadium, Benson, Dundee, Midtown, Blackstone, Downtown. EASY access to I-80 & Airport. The space This lower level walk-out space is bright and spacious. Large living room with game table, smart tv, windows for natural light and a cute little kids nook under the stairs opens to the full kitchen. Single sleeping option with fold-out chair (bedding provided). Bar height seating and dine-in kitchen table/chairs. Private bedroom with queen bed, seating area, smart tv and industrial closet. Bath offers walk-in shower (no tub). Laundry is located in the mechanical room. There is a "back door" at the rear of the living room. This accesses the interior stairway. You control the lock so upper unit guests CANNOT access your space! If you happen to know them, feel free to utilize the stairs for access up and down. The backyard is yours to enjoy. We've provided an outside space for upstairs guests so they won't need to share;-) Lots of solar powered lights at night. There is an exterior light as well. Switch is just inside the door to the kitchen. We think it's really bright so generally leave it off but you do you!! This space, 'The Down Low', is my son's FAVORITE!!! Every time we are there he says, "I want to live here, mom!" We hope you find our space full of the energy you need for your time in Omaha. Thanks for staying with us. Guest access You can use the entire lower level and the backyard. The garage is currently storage and locked so not accessible to guests. Other things to note We are delighted to welcome your dog, noting that prior approval is required out of respect for adjacent guests. There is a $15 per night pet fee. Please feel free to message me with any questions!! The thermostat is not located in this unit, but central heating and air conditioning are provided for your comfort.
