Cosy mountain-view duplex–perfect families&Skiing

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or two couples of friends/relatives with 2 children. Two bedrooms with double beds with possibility to install your baby umbrella bed if not too wide. A 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 2 children up to 17 years. The space On the third floor, the 60 m2 duplex apartment of type T4 bis with two magnificent open views of the mountainous facades framing this small medieval village. My accommodation is located in a small building about ten meters high in the center of the village in the immediate vicinity of a small square and a fountain. In this building, on each floor corresponds only one accommodation... Calm and serenity are at the rendezvous. After the entrance of my building through the central door, you access the accommodation immediately by a common staircase. In front of the door of the accommodation, the deposit of his shoes and inside the accommodation, an entrance with a short central corridor, wide left steps leading to the 4th floor, a toilet, 3 bedrooms, a well-lit and well-equipped bathroom (bathtub and sink with mirror), closets. Each room has a high and wide window allowing in the light and a bed that can accommodate two people ( 2 bedrooms with double bed and a 3rd with two single bunk beds). We only accept the number of people on the reservation made, even if our accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people or 7 exceptionally on the sofa, because for additional travelers there are extra charges. Any change during the stay must be reported and settled immediately. Through the short and wide internal staircase, you access a bright and warm living room in which you will find a comfortable sofa in front of a TV corner near a stove heating the room in winter and a fully equipped kitchen area (see photos) (a washing machine, a large table and its chairs, fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, cupboards and kitchen utensils, a reserve, etc.) but please note that there is no dishwasher. The whole of this apartment offers you a comfortable and picturesque setting for your stay, in the heart of this charming medieval village. Guest access The bedrooms will be made available according to the number of travelers. Outside these spaces, the entire accommodation is accessible. Other things to note Possibility of Wi-Fi access for internet. Close to amenities (restaurants and food shops...), about ten minutes from a famous ski resort and fabulous hikes or bike rides outside the winter period (around the natural lake of ALLOS in the heart of a national park... for example). We remind you that COLMARS les Alpes is a superb mountain village with fortifications and ramparts dating from the 17th century and where the wooded mountain landscapes that surround it are magnificent and often sunny, a stone’s throw from the Mercantour National Park and the Verdon Regional Park, which irresistibly invite you in the summer to take long and beautiful walks on foot or by bike in order to appreciate more closely this green and generous nature. The region also offers many activities (tree climbing and zipline), festivities and leisure in summer as in winter for you and/ or for all your family and/ or friends. For example, you have 26km from my accommodation Aquaventure Park which is a water park with XXL buoys for the delight of children and adults alike!
