Enjoy staying in your ensuite room and a shared big house.your private bedroom is on the first floor of a two-story home. You’ll have access to a private bathroom. Equipped with new hardwood floors, a queen-size bed, a flat screen TV in the bedroom, portable heater, and fan. The rest of the house features a shared full kitchen(allow smiple cooking) and shared living room. Located in North Natomas. Walking distance to a park, groceries stores, restaurants, and the Aquatic Center. The space There are two thermostats in the house: one for the first floor which are the common spaces and private en-suite bedroom - and a second thermostat upstairs controlling all the bedrooms on the second floor.
