Around 15 mins walk to the Universities and 30mins walk to the city The space It is a listing for an ensuite double bedroom (private bathroom in this room), one standard double bedroom and a single bedroom with another bathroom outside the rooms in a 4 Bedrooms & 2-stories shared House. All your bedrooms and the bathrooms are on the first floor of the shared House. There is another double bedroom on the ground floor. The shared kitchen and the shared garden are on the ground floor too. There are heating, wardrobes, bedside tables and a desk in the bedroom. TFull beddings, bath towels, and showering items will be provided. The Kitchen is on the ground floor and you will be sharing this space with the other guests from the ground floor bedroom. The Kitchen is fully equipped to cook your meals. Please clean up the kitchen right after use as it is shared among other guests and myself. The washing machine will be avilable as goodwill. There is no dishwasher. Guest access Your private bedrooms and the private bathrooms are on the first floor. There is one other bedroom on the ground floor. The common kitchen and back garden is on the ground floor. Other things to note Video doorbells at the front door. Check-out is at 11 am, you can leave your luggage in the living room till anytime after.
