This newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2-bath home, centrally located between Clearwater and St. Petersburg and a 30 min drive to Tampa to visit all the local attractions. Very close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and Beaches. This home has everything needed from quality mattresses to kitchen essentials and “Smart TV’s” in every room, very close to shopping, restaurants, movies, Walmart, etc. “Must be 21 to book”. The space Our house is designed to have a clean and comfortable place to gather with family and friends and to enjoy all that the Largo/Tampa area has to offer. Each Bedroom has smart TVs with streaming apps, so bring your favorite app credential. There is also a pack ‘n play and high chair available for you little one. Pool is 3ft up to 6ft deep, equipped with pool floats and noodles, there is also a giant connect four and jumbo Jenga game for pool side fun. Fully furnished pool deck with lounge area and dining Area and “YES” a 50in TV on the wall. There is also a gas BBQ grill on the patio to enjoy those outside BBQ’s. Pool is HEATED at guests request, with color changing LED lights. Our pool is on an automatic timer which Turns on/off the pool pump and lights, our quiet time is 10pm. Don’t forget to bring your swim gear to enjoy our NEW POOL. Guest access "Only three vehicles allowed on the property" Two cars in the driveway and one car to the left of the Driveway. There is absolutely NO parking on the street, and NO parking on the sea shells. No sitting or gathering on the front of house. Other things to note Please note, We have 3 security cameras outdoors on the property. We have 2 in front of the house and 1 in the back yard. These cameras are in use and record 24/7. There is only 3 cars allowed on the property, absolutely NO street parking. Trash pickup is every Tuesday and Friday. Lawncare and Pool cleaners are scheduled to come out every Friday. The Garage is available for extra entertainment space, NO cars allowed in the garage. The overhead garage door will be LOCKED at all times. Please No Smoking in the garage. Thanks
