Welcome to our lovely Blowing Rock home! Our home has just undergone an extensive renovation project and we are anxious to share it with you! You will enter the condo from a beautiful porch/balcony, complete with table and chairs for relaxing and enjoying a lovely view of the complex. When you enter the living area, you will immediately see a warm, inviting, comfortable area to share with your family and friends. The sofa converts into a queen size bed. If you choose to prepare meals, you will be very pleased with the lovingly renovated kitchen, which features new cabinets, countertops and appliances. Off of the living area are two private bedrooms, each equipped with private bathrooms. One bathroom features a new walk-in shower, while the second bathroom features a traditional shower/tub combination. Our guests LOVE the location of our property! Located in downtown Blowing Rock, it is an easy stroll from our condo to the center of downtown. You won't have to deal with finding a parking spot in Blowing Rock. Instead, simply park in our parking lot and walk to beautiful parks, wonderful restaurants, fantastic shops and many family friendly activities. If you prefer to venture out in the area, our condo is conveniently located to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Appalachian State University, Appalachian Ski Mountain, Grandfather Mountain, and many more scenic attractions. While at our condo, be sure to check out the beautiful stream that flows on the edge of the property (a kid favorite). By the stream, you will find a grill, picnic table, basketball goal, horseshoes, etc. Another favorite spot is the gazebo, located in the courtyard of our building. Our family has owned this condo for many years and we take great pride in our property. We hope you will enjoy your stay at our mountain home.
