The space The 700 ft² (70m²) apartment is an open floor plan, recently built with modern conveniences. Hardwood floors throughout, a complete kitchen with plenty of coffee beans available for the coffee maker&grinder. The queen bed has only Egyptian Cotton sheets on an Arhaus memory foam mattress. There is an office desk in the bedroom equipped with WiFi, high back chair, stapler, pens& printer. The large bathroom has a 6'/72" Jacuzzi/Jetted tub with shower and 100% cotton towels. Smart TV in the living room, please bring your own sign-in passwords/credentials. Guest access The entire apartment. Other things to note Please park at END of driveway on the Right next to grass. The stairs to the apartment above the garage are at END of driveway. There is NO smoking, toking, vaping tobacco/drugs or anything else in or on premises-- $300 fine if found out. Alcohol is legal in KY, therefore is OK. And No parties. We ask that you please text when you arrive and depart regardless of time. We appreciate knowing that guests have arrived and when they leave. We use only dye/fragrance free detergent. Bed linens and towels are washed using bleach and hot water. We have a “no pets” policy.
