Stoneymollan® Loch Lomond -Luxury Cabin with Sauna

Luxury cabin with exclusive use of a wood fired sauna with breath-taking views over Loch Lomond, Scotland. While the cabin offers a very quiet elevated position with no neighbours (besides the owners and Scottish wildlife), we also benefit from easy access to local amenities in the nearby town of Balloch and world class hospitality at Cameron House on Loch Lomond. Surrounded by open fields with the John Muir Way and the Three Lochs Way are on our doorstep. The space We have two luxury cabins at Stoneymollan® Loch Lomond (Holly and Juniper), our overseas guests have called them "pods" or "mini- houses". They are fully equipped and insulated, with underfloor heating also. They can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child with ample and cosy living space. We have a two night minimum stay but on the odd occasion may be able to accommodate one night stays too. Each cabin is equipped with the following: Nespresso Coffee Maker Hairdryer Hob Kettle Toaster Fridge freezer Microwave Kitchen table and two chairs Double bed Underfloor heating Sofa bed Duvets and pillows Towels Robes Inside Shower room with toilet Torches We also provide bed linen, towels, free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a starter pack, a small torch, and a small first aid kit. You'll also find all the necessary kitchen appliances, utensils, crockery, pots and glasses. Outside each cabin there is a decking area with a charcoal barbecue and a table with chairs. We also have 2 picnic tables with benches as well as a fire pit and smoker onsite. Juniper Pod has the private use of a wood fired hot tub and Holly Pod has exclusive use of a wood fired sauna with glass front to admire the view (both are an additional cost of £25 per night). Guest access Our cabins are located within the grounds of Upper Stoneymollan® Cottage which was originally the shepherds cottage for the Cameron Estate. It was built c1880. We have a tree lined driveway with guest parking outside the front of the main house and our cabins are located in a private area at the rear of our property which also have plenty of garden area as well as a private access into the woods. Extra kiln dried wood and lumpwood charcoal for BBQ can also be requested for an additional £10 per bundle. Normal times for sauna use is from 8pm, unless requested by prior arrangement. Other things to note Stoneymollan® is situated in a unique and elevated position. There are specific areas within the grounds that are private areas for access by the owners only (however we tend to show people around if we have time). We are suitable for respectful guests only and are not suitable for lively events/parties.
