This walk-out suite is located on the corner of our house, there's a bedroom above it, so you may hear occasional footsteps, sound generally hasn’t been a problem for any guests that have stayed here. The space The space features: - Separate Private Entrance - Own driveway parking spot - Newly renovated full bathroom - Kitchenette (microwave, sink, mini-fridge) - Utensils and Plates and Bowls - Portable AC to set your own temperature - Fast WIFI - Smart TV - Fresh linens, blankets, and pillows - Key pad door lock - Professionally cleaned after each guest This modern studio guest suite has its own separate entrance, driveway, full bathroom, and kitchenette. Features a queen size bed and a cozy reading chair that can convert into a pull-out futon. Located on a quiet neighborhood with close access to highway, very convenient to get around! Guest access You will be able to access the entire studio apartment. Other things to note PARKING: You will have your own convenient parking on a separate driveway located a few feet from the door with a private gate to access the apartment. There is a bedroom above the airbnb, you may hear occasional footsteps and the sound of a child if they wake up in the middle of the night. Generally not an issue, but this would not be the ideal place for you if you are a really light sleeper sensitive to noise. HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am. Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away! Our check-in time is 3pm check out is 11am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you.
