The flat is located in the heart of the Wye Valley, a designated area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Conveniently located with a village pub within a stones throw and there is also a beautiful church set alongside the village green, from the accommodation. The space The flat provides a spacious open plan living & kitchen area, with two two-seater sofas and a dining table that seats up to six. There are two bedrooms, one which is extremely spacious with a superking size bed, which can also be made up as a twin and there is an additional put up bed, to accommodate for fifth person. Bedroom two is also a superking size bed, which can also be made up as a twin **Please advise your bed configuration requirements at the time of booking. There is a family bathroom, which has a full-size bath and overhead shower. The kitchen, which is part of the open plan dining area, is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine and is well-equipped for self-catering with an electric hob, oven and microwave. Guest access The entire flat is yours during the stay. There is an enclosed courtyard area to the front of the flat which has seating to enjoy the summer months. The flat is in a block however it has it's own private entrance. There is a public footpath a short stroll away that borders the church, which leads down to the river meadow and is ideal for dog walking. There is off-street parking within the communal grounds. Other things to note The flat is managed by Julia who lives near the property. Julia is available for guests at all times to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. Whilst the Llandogo village shop is currently closed the nearest shops are in Tintern and Redbrook.
