Open backyard space overlooks 10 acres of green farm fields with panoramic views of all Utah Valley to the north. Guests love eating breakfast on the covered patio or watching the sunset beyond Utah Lake. Only 22 minute drive to Goshen filming location of "The Chosen" Visit nearby Salem Pond, and Spanish Fork Krishna Temple for Holi Festival of colors The space Brand new full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, shaker style hickory cabinetry and granite countertops - stocked with all the pots, pans and implements. Large living room with comfortable furnishings and entertainment options. One bedroom with a queen size bed and two air beds available which can be set up in the living room or bedroom. One full bathroom with bath tub and shower combo. There is another locked off room where we store personal office stuff. Guest access Private ground level entrance from the back of the house can be accessed through a gate on either side of the house, east side takes you down 6 stone stairs, west side has no stairs, just a grassy incline. The backyard is very private with no back neighbors, just open space beyond the deer fence. Views of the whole Utah Valley to the north and fantastic sunsets out west. Other things to note Nearest grocery store is Stokes Market a couple miles away, there are also several fast food and not as fast dining options within a couple of miles from here. My favorite is Marcos Pizza.
